Delivery Information

We are located in Sanford, Florida USA and most items ship from us as indicated below.   We have tried to include as much information as possible, but if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Availability & Stock Status:

Due to the wide variety of items we carry and all the sizes & colors they come in, we do not stock a lot of items. Check the "Usually Ships" line on each product for information about that items stock status:

Standard Delivery: 
We ship most orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) in unmarked Priority Mail boxes - see USPS.com for standard rates. Heavy items may ship via US Parcel Post, Fedex Ground or UPS. Costs are dependent upon weight of your item(s) - the average within the US is $6.00 for most items - the cart calculates costs for you. All items are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and fragile items include insurance at no additional cost to you. Delivery Confirmation is not a perfect tracking system, but does provide some delivery information. We will post your delivery confirmation number in your order history once it ships.

We offer free standard shipping within the US on orders of $100 or more - items that must be shipped via truck are excluded (furniture, large cast iron cauldrons, etc). See product description on items.

Express Shipping: 
If you need something by a particular date, please be sure to remark it in the comments and we will do everything possible to get it to you by your required date. As we deal with a variety of manufacturers, please know that we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date unless it is an item we have in our current inventory.  Choose "Express mail" from the shipping options when checking out and items will be shipped via USPS Express Mail (next day delivery to most areas) as soon as they arrive to us. If an item is in stock, it will ship same or next business day. If it has to be ordered for you from the manufacturer, we will generally get it within 3 business days and ship as soon as it arrives.

U.S. Territories:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
We ship to U.S. Territories including, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands and Guam.

APO and FPO Addresses:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders will typically arrive within 7-10 business days. Tracking numbers are not issued for shipments to APO and FPO addresses.

P.O. Boxes:
All packages are sent Standard Shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS). Items shipped Direct from the manufacturer cannot be sent to a PO box. Please provide a street address when possble.

Shipping Internationally:
All packages are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking numbers are not issued for International orders.

Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. LABEShops does not collect import duties and taxes and cannot predict these particular charges. These duties and taxes are not included with the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. For information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
